I want to inform you that Bengt shot an hare for Scilla (Mangos sister) last weekend and Hans has shot one hare for Milla yesterday. That one is now hanging on our terrace to be Ok to cook.

Do you find it difficult to eat the hare with the gun shot? Berit, Lennarts wife (Hjalmsereds), when we stayed in Sweden, said it`s a pain and prefers Elk. Must admit I LOVE Elk meat too.

It depence howe you do with the hare, we split up the hare in small pieces and put them in a marinade a few ours before roast it and make a stew with kantarell and cream. Try that.
We prefere hare before elk.
